Snowplay Hours of Operation
Friday from 1:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
During holiday periods Snowplay is typically open from 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The dates are posted on the Tahoe Donner website. Hours of operation can be affected by weather conditions.
A daily pass is required for anyone using the Snowplay area.
Members who have paid their property’s recreation fee can enter Snowplay for free. This also includes onestore kids (children ages seven and under who are family members of the homeowners) on the property.
Supervision of Children
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Children under 36 inches must be accompanied by an adult while sledding
Tubers must be at least 36” in height
No dogs are allowed in the Snowplay area. Dogs must be on leash in the parking area.
The Snowplay area has no lift, however, the price is less than half of other tubing areas and the kiddos get great exercise.
Only Tahoe Donner sleds are allowed at Tahoe Donner. They are provided with your Snowplay ticket.
There are public restrooms located by the Snowplay entrance in the Trout Creek Recreation Center parking lot. The restrooms at Trout Creek are for members and their guests only. They must have a member or guest pass to access Trout Creek.
